about

Recorded during the period between The Maggies and Winterpills, and on the heels of releasing two solo albums (13 Songs For Right Now and Honey In The Chemicals), this show happened at the very intimate and now-defunct space of the Listening Room in Northampton, located underneath what is now Bueno Y Sano, but at the time was Unmi. Held about 30 people.

The show was recorded by both Dan Richardson and Nate DeRose, each with their own gear, but my burned CD's of these are not well labelled so I am unsure who is the engineer of this one. Giving credit to both to cover my ass.

The Listening Room was a sweet spot but only lasted a short time. The cover photo is from a visit to Long Beach Island in August of that same year. Close enough. It was a very rainy and windy weekend.
